ORDER CONFIRMATION

For all the online orders, we must receive the payment before we can post the goods. You may receive an email confirmation about the order, but it doesn't mean the order is confirmed until the funds are cleared.

PLACING AN ORDER

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Concord.
Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.

Promotion & Discount Policy

We value our customers and strive to offer fair and transparent promotions. To ensure these offers remain available to all eligible customers, we enforce the following policies regarding discount usage:
 
One-Time Use & Eligibility
  • Discounts, promotional codes, and new customer offers are limited to one per customer and/or per household unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Customers must use a valid email address and personal details to redeem promotions.
  • Orders found to be placed under multiple accounts using the same shipping or billing address to circumvent promotional limits may be subject to cancellation.
 
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
  • We reserve the right to review, investigate, and cancel orders that appear to violate our fair-use policy.
  • If we suspect a customer is creating multiple accounts to misuse discounts, we may: 
    • Cancel any affected orders.
    • Revoke or adjust discounts applied to the order.
    • Restrict future promotional eligibility for the customer.
 
Right to Cancel or Modify Orders
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this policy at our sole discretion.
  • If an order is flagged for review, we may require additional verification before processing.
  • Customers found in violation of this policy may be ineligible for future promotions.

Subscription Policy (Subscribe & Save 5%) 
  • By opting in, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to your payment method.
  • A 5% discount applies to all recurring subscription orders.
  • Skip, swap, or cancellation options become available only after three (3) successfully processed orders.

ONLINE PRICING

All prices listed on the web site are for internet orders only. Although this website is affiliated with a retail store by the same name, the website www.concordhealth.net is operated as a separate business unit, with its own costs and pricing structure. For this reason stock on our website is offered at different prices to that in the stores.

Therefore:

  • Prices advertised on the website are not the prices available in the retail store
  • Prices available in retail stores will not be matched by the website

PRICE VARIATION

Concord may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers.

In the case of a price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Concord, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If a product is not listed or marked as "Out of Stock" on the website, it is not available for sale through online orders.

PAYMENT

For online orders, accepted payments include Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
