Product Eligibility
Please note that only the Sunchih Premium GPSP | 3 in 1 Therapeutic Immune Activator and Sunchih Premium GPSP | 5 in 1 Therapeutic Immune Activator are eligible for this 30-day money-back guarantee. All other products are excluded from this offer and are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund on the Sunchih Premium GPSP | 3 in 1 Therapeutic Immune Activator or Sunchih Premium GPSP | 5 in 1 Therapeutic Immune Activator, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Consistent Use: You must use the product consistently for at least 2 weeks.
- Proof & Return: To initiate the process, send a photo of the remaining product and return the unused portion in its original packaging.
- Limit: Only one refund can be issued per customer and per shipping address. We are unable to offer multiple refunds to the same person or household.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For returned items, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We do not accept cancellations or returns for purchases after the 30-day period.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons outside our control (including incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailable, or failure to collect from the carrier), and is returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply. Redelivery will be arranged once the correct details are confirmed and the additional shipping cost is paid.
Returns, Replacements and Consumer Rights
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging during transit does not qualify as a faulty or damaged product where the product itself remains unaffected, safe and usable.
Examples of issues that are not considered faults or damage include:
- minor dents, creases or scuff marks to outer packaging;
- slightly squashed corners on boxes;
- cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality, safety or usability; or
- minor variations in colour, appearance or packaging.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:
- is faulty or defective;
- is unsafe;
- is not of acceptable quality; or
- does not match its description.
For the purposes of this Policy, a product will generally be considered “faulty” or “damaged” where:
- the product is unsafe to consume or use;
- the product cannot reasonably be used for its intended purpose;
- the incorrect product was supplied; or
- the product has sustained substantial physical damage affecting usability or quality.
Where an issue is verified and does not constitute a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, our standard resolution is to provide a replacement product.
Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on supplement, food, beverage, or consumable products. Unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We use an automatic shipment system, so once an order is placed, the shipment is arranged immediately and cannot be stopped. We offer replacements for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
