Concord is the service provider; it is also referred to as "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Concord; it is also referred to as "you".
ORDER CONFIRMATION
For all the online orders, we must receive the payment before we can post the goods. You may receive an email confirmation about the order, but it doesn't mean the order is confirmed until the funds are cleared.

SHIPPING
Delivery Charges
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Australia
Order value over AUD$59, free delivery within Australia.
Order value under AUD$59, flat delivery fee is AUD$8 within Australia.
New Zealand
You must pay a flat international freight fee NZD$15 if the order is less than NZD$90.
Free freight if the order more than NZD$90.
International
You must pay a flat international freight fee USD$15 if the order is less than USD$90.
Free freight if the order more than USD$90.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
For international orders, prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
The customer (recipient) is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, including the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required for the importation of the products.
These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are outside of our control. We do not provide estimates or guarantees regarding such charges.
If customs duties or import charges are not paid and the shipment is refused, delayed, or returned to us, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund; or
- Withhold refunds where such costs exceed the order value.
We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for further information before placing an order.
